The Old European Cut (OEC) historically used for diamonds is popular again, and it's carried over to the colored stone market. One of the distinguishing characteristics is the cool "Kozibe" effect (the reflection of the open culet in the crown main facets). A fine fireball with lots of scintillation and brightness.
