The rarest and most desirable of color in sapphires is an orangey-pink to pinkish-orange color call Padparadscha. This is also a very rare color in spinel so I tend to buy every one that I come across, as I did in my recent trip to Luc Yen, Vietnam. A nice ring size in a classic rectangular cushion cut.
