LYSO (Lutetium Yttrium Oxyorthosilicate) is a unique material originally designed for detecting gamma rays in scientific applications. Colorless in normal lighting, it has a intense blue fluorescence under UV ("black") light. A very cool and stunning effect! Relatively soft at 5.8 on the Mohs scale so it would be best set in a pendant.
