A gorgeous natural ruby in an attractive pear shape, excellent clarity, proper proportions, and a weight well over the all-important one-carat mark. As you may be aware, unheated/untreated rubies are incredibly rare and highly sought after, so I was thrilled to find this untreated ruby on a recent buying trip. Its AGL report confirms no treatments and its hue as Red (it leans a little more pinkish in outdoor lighting due to strong fluorescence). The perfect ruby for an engagement or other significant event!
