Spessartite garnets are one of my favorite garnets, but it has been difficult to source good stones lately. New production in Nigeria has brought new stones to the market, and these are fantastically clean and vibrant. This fiery orangey-red example was precision cut in my "Itasca" round brilliant hearts and arrows design.
